Health labour market analysis (HLMA) is a tool to better understand the dynamics of factors driving health worker shortages and surpluses, geographical imbalances, and suboptimal performance.
This webinar addresses the question of how to facilitate the use of HLMA to inform health workforce policy development. It draws on international examples from which European countries can usefully learn.
