Description
The COVID-19 pandemic saw a rapid rise in the use of remote consultations by telephone and video link. Remote consultations have proved important as a way of supporting non-severe COVID-19 patients, reducing pressure on inpatient care, and maintaining access to routine services. This webinar focuses on understanding what we can learn from the rapid scale-up of remote consultations in the first wave, what the future of remote consultations is after the pandemic, and how the development of remote consultation infrastructure could create greater capacity to scale systems to help protect against future shocks.
