Lancet's recent three-part report on the Commercial Determinants of Health (CDoH) and the upcoming World Health Organization (WHO) report on the same topic. CDoH refers to private sector activities influencing people's health and has the potential to address significant public health issues. The webinar aims to prepare public health faculty and students to integrate CDoH into their teaching, research, and advocacy efforts. It seeks to address questions such as the distinction between CDoH and social determinants of health, how current public health faculty are addressing CDoH, and how to ensure competency in this field.
