    Description

The survey SI.Menu was based on a quantitative research method and was divided into three parts. The first part consisted of a general questionnaire and questionnaires on eating habits, consumer habits in connection with food and a questionnaire on the frequency of consumption of some foods that are typical for the Slovenian population, but also rarely consumed. The second part of the research was a 24-hour recall of previous day's menu or diet diary for two non-consecutive days and the third part of the research were anthropometric measurements (measurement of body weight, body height / length, in adults also body composition with bioimpedance scale).
